Position: Full time Sales ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated Luxury Full-Time Sales Manager with a passion for high-end fashion and exceptional leadership & customer service skills. The ideal candidate will excel in meeting sales projections, mentor sales associates and uphold the brand's image.This role would be onsite at our-shop-in-shop and report into the VP of Retail and Digital.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales associates.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales staff to ensure they meet performance standards.

Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in sales techniques and customer service.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

Required QualificationsAt least two years of leadership experience in the luxury industry
