Purpose of the JobThe Sr. Account Manager will lead the Account team and develop key and strategic relationships with the client. This role will be responsible for managing the clients' retail marketing programs and developing their ideas and will require excellent communication and negotiating skills and the ability to work cross-functionally as a team player.The Sr. Account Manager is required to have an extremely high level of experience in each or the majority of the following specific service categories; permanent, semi-perm and corrugate retail displays, POP - POSM, digital and offset printing. They must have the ability to successfully manage the full relationships of the client(s) and suppliers, taking ownership of these relationships and developing them further. Additionally, the Sr. Account Manager is responsible to negotiate costings and production schedules for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier to meet the client schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the success of the account, organizing internal resources, confirming quality, and creating project cost estimatesOversee the Account team, monitoring activity and maximizing quality and efficiencyDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with all client contacts.Act as the main point of communication between the client, internal resources, and the Account teamEstablish and communicate budgets and work back schedules for each project, work within established operating budgets, analyze job revenue, cost and profitability by job and/or project, overseeing profitability of multiple projects and providing timely income forecasts and updatesIdentifying business opportunities to further the client relationship through a broader range of services offeredSupport negotiations for important deals and building agreements with clients and suppliers.Understand and support the client's strategic business planKnowledge, Skills + Experience5+ years of experience in Client Services, Project Management, and Permanent Retail Fixtures or similar industryExperience leading project teamsWork aside the Global Account Director to facilitate:Expanded HHG full-service business opportunitiesAgree and manage budgets and P&L'sEnsure profit is optimized through analysis of performanceDeliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA'sManage and monitor objectives to meet key business driversEnsure compliance with Regulatory and Company policiesMeasure customer satisfaction and take appropriate actionActive listening, providing feedback, be accountable and transparent and earning credibility by role modelingStrong project management skills, with outstanding organizational and planning skills, great attention to detail and follow-through, and the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlinesAbility to use a range of approaches and strategies to build a stronger negotiation base and form long-term relationshipsAbility to read, understand, and provide insights from P&L reportsSelf-motivated, confident, able to motivate all team members to a high performance and excellent qualityEntrepreneurial minded with natural drive for development and self-improvementExcellent communication skills for both personal and written interaction with clientsEmpathetic and social person for daily interaction with many peopleAbility to multi-task many things at once without losing focus and controlAdvanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a mustERP experience is a mustEnglish required, another language (relevant for client's needs) is an advantage
