Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides/Certified Caregivers for our facilities in Liliha and Kane'ohe, located in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Nurse Aide/Certified Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest level of care and support to elderly patients in their own homes or residential facilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.In this rewarding role, your primary goal will be to assist patients with their daily activities, including eating, dressing, grooming, and bathing. Additionally, you will diligently monitor and accurately document each patient's health, making necessary adjustments to their personalized care plan based on their condition.Responsibilities:Deliver personalized services based on each patient's unique care planAssist elderly patients with their daily activities, including feeding, bed care, and mobilityMonitor vital signs and precisely document patient health statusMaintain a clean and safe environment for our valued patientsOffer compassionate companionship and unwavering emotional support to prevent feelings of lonelinessAccompany patients to medical appointments and graciously run errands as requiredAdminister medications as directed with utmost care and attentionPerform any other assigned duties with dedication and professionalismRequirements:Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is considered a plusPossess a valid certification as a Nurses' Assistant, Nurse Aide, or Certified CaregiverPrevious experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferredHold a current or valid HI state driver's license with a safe driving recordDemonstrate knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and office proceduresPossess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer serviceExhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbalBe flexible, organized, and able to meet deadlines with easeCompensation & Benefits:We proudly offer a highly competitive salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, with weekly payment.
