Primary Function:

Working in conjunction with the Oracle IT Team and Supply Chain business users, the

Sr. Business Systems Analyst

configures, builds, designs and maintains Oracle EBS solutions and processes that support the Purchasing, Inventory, and Receiving, and Quality teams at Bradford White.

Responsibilities:Configure Oracle EBS system and processes to enhance and optimize overall capabilities.Work with IT Business partner team and financial business users to improve financial system processes through the Oracle platform and other third-party solutions.Maintain and support core supply chain processes such as purchasing, inventory, receiving, and quality.Develop new capabilities and solutions to improve overall Oracle EBS solution stack.Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues.Assists in recommending, designing, testing and implementing system upgrades and improvements.Work with Business Intelligence teams to source and leverage data from Oracle solutions to enable enhanced analytical reporting.Collaborate with business leaders on requirements gathering and analysis of the departmental duties and reporting needs.Develop technical specifications and documentation for custom solutions.Maintain and manage source code within configuration management system.Utilize industry best practices and standards on code development for readability, performance, maintenance, and release processes.Develop procedures and processes for structure and consistency around development, testing, production deployment and maintenance for all code released.Coordinate end user testing by business users and follow formal methodology on documenting approval.Diagnoses the root causes of system issues using problem solving skills.Coordinate with peers in IT and management in IT on any new processes defined in your job function.Participate in departmental meetings on status and prioritization of work assignments.Work with IT risk and compliance to ensure safeguarding of sensitive data.Maintain keys skills and experience on current and emerging trends in Oracle solutions.Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent in work experience with a minimum of five years of prior work in Oracle EBS platform.Multiple years' experience in Oracle EBS solution configuration, design, and enhancements with heavier focus on the supply chain modules of Oracle EBS.Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, and procedures on Oracle Server environments.1 or more formal Oracle EBS upgrade preferred.Position requires a proven track record and a strong commitment to excellence.Strong interest in progression and growth (personal and professional).Self-Motivated.Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to lead effective meetings with business users.Ability to listen to business users to understand their objectives and turn this into actionable insight into data that they use for key business decisionsManufacturing Industry experience is a plusLimited overnight travel
