Patient population - 18+; GeriatricWork shift: 4 x 10-hour daysProvider will have 4 hours of administrative time per weekDaily patient volume: 22-24 patients per dayEMR: CernerProcedures - Suturing, cyst removal, wound care, EKGs,etc. Will vary by experience.Call: On call up to 4 times per month and the days of the week vary, including weekend call. Weekends are 24 hr call and weekdays are 5-8am on-callNo Shift call- just after hours on-callThis is a panel position and provider will be expected to see new patients, acute visits, annual wellness, ER follow ups, etc.

QualificationsMinimum

Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing

Compact state or Arizona RN license

Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license or elgibilty to obtain

National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations

Valid DEA registrationAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare ProviderPreferred

PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

Pay Range$48.54 - $75.00 /hour
