Our dedicated team of orthopedic professionals is renowned for excellence in:- Sports Medicine- Shoulder Surgery- Hand Surgery- Foot and Ankle Surgery- Total Joint Replacement- Arthroscopic Joint Preservation SurgeryOur collaborative environment means all our surgeons equally share the general orthopedic call, currently at a balanced 1:6.What We Offer:- Competitive Compensation : Enjoy an annual base salary of $600,000 for a 1.0 FTE position, guaranteed for the first two years; this follows a productivity-based model beginning in year three. We also offer sign-on and retention bonuses.-
State-of-the-Art Facilities : Work in our newly expanded, cutting-edge office in West Hatfield, MA, complete with onsite radiology, physical and occupational therapy, and a wellness and sports performance center.-
Comprehensive Care : Our practice includes six orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and a team of five advanced practice providers.
