Responsibilities
Meet with stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.Use interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, user stories, and process flows.Analyze and document the current business processes, workflows, and systems.Identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes or best practices.Propose improvements and design future-state processes that align with business goals.Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear and continuous communication.Clarify requirements and ensure that all stakeholders have a shared understanding of project objectives.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.Ensure that the proposed solutions meet the documented requirements.Assess the impact of the proposed solutions on business operations, and ensure they align with business goals.Coordinate and support UAT to ensure the solution works as intended from a business perspective.Assess the organization's readiness for the changes proposed by the project.Identify training needs for end-users and support the development of training materials.Support stakeholders during the transition to new processes or systems, ensuring a smooth changeover.Develop business cases to justify the investment in proposed solutions, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.Prepare and present executive summaries to senior management for decision-making.Conduct reviews after project completion to assess outcomes and gather lessons learned.Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and workflows.Identify business risks associated with the project and suggest mitigation strategies.Work with stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.Ensure that business requirements are aligned with project objectives and timelines.Assist in resource planning and prioritization based on business needs.Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.Compare the organization's processes and performance against industry standards or competitors.Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
