Overview This position provides troubleshooting assistance and problem resolution for computer systems in a variety of environments. Such assistance and resolution is provided for personal computers, mini/mainframe computers, client-servers as well Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and web pages. Operates, manages, and maintains services and security protocols for Information Technology (IT) hardware and software in compliance with DoD, Army, Fort Huachuca, and industry's performance requirements for network availabilitySupports IT and Security functions to include interfaces with Government systemsMonitors, audits, and sustains the Aviation Maintenance Services IT Acquisition DocumentationManages and maintains military aviation and approved Government systems which reside on the .mil network, (e.g. Aircraft Notebook [ACN], Combat-Service-Support Automated Information Systems Interface [CAISI], and Standard Army management Information Systems [STAMIS]Manages and maintains any Contractor-supplied Information SystemsEnsures all IT operating on the .mil architecture supporting this task order is accredited IAW AR 25-2, Information Assurance; AR 25-1, Army Information Management; DoD 5220.22M and local NEC policiesFollows the Fort Huachuca Communications Security (COMSEC) Standard Operating Procedures in handling, storing, and protecting COMSECQualifications

Must possess the following DoD Technical Certifications as outlined in DoD 8570.01-M:a minimum of IAT Level I CertificationIAT/IAM Certification(s) remain current throughout the contract period of the performance with no lapse in recertificationMust possess a Secret security clearance or be able to obtain prior to startingMust qualify for and obtain a contractor driver's license for operation of government and leased vehiclesTraining and/or experience with ACN, STAMIS, and any other approved Government systems which reside on the .mil network used in the performance of Aviation MaintenanceHigh School Graduate, or the equivalent combination of educationDoD IA Technical Level II certification, or work/military experienceBachelor's Degree preferred but is secondary to exceeding required experience; current required certifications are required or must be obtained within a customer defined periodCertifications in IT/ Computer Information Systems or similar technical area highly desiredDoD IA Technical Level II Certification preferredPhysical Demands:
