Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join OVME. As a rover Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in helping our clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their desired aesthetic goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou must be able to go between all threeOVME locations in Chicago. (Lincoln Park, Northbrook, and Vernon Hills)Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables.Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise

Education / Experience Requirements

2+ years of injecting experience.Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, and Registered Nurse.Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.Social media proficiency is required.Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees.Team player mentality.Strong sense of ownership and urgency.Extremely detail-oriented.Self-starter and passion for learning.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
