We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and motivated Permanent Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our growing medical team. The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Board Certified Physician Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in surgery. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Providing comprehensive patient care, including diagnosing and treating health conditions and illnesses.
  2. Assisting surgeons during procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
  3. Developing and implementing patient management plans, recording patient history, and maintaining patient records.
  4. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  5. Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
  6. Participating in continuous education, training programs, and maintaining current knowledge of the latest medical advancements and industry trends.
  7. Adhering to all departmental policies, procedures, and protocols, and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, preferably in surgery.
  2. Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  3. Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state.
  4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
  6. Strong clinical skills with the ability to make critical decisions and problem solve in a complex clinical environment.
  7. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
  8. A commitment to continuous professional development and education.
  9. A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a dedication to providing patient-centered care.
