Who we are looking for:
VML is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Copy) to join our fast-growing creative team in Seattle, and work on our largest technology client. We are looking for an ACD who is a storyteller, who can work closely with a partner to concept and execute top-notch creative. This role will work primarily in the social space, but will need to be able to flex into campaign thinking, as well as big ideas in other mediums including paid OLV, stunts and activations and more. This ACD will interact regularly with clients, and they will get opportunities to lead select projects and develop their creative direction skills. What you’ll do:
Work
| You will concept, create and execute social ideas for our largest tech client. You’ll also handle larger paid campaigns, and take ideas from concept all the way through productions of various sizes. You will get to jump in on proactive creative opportunities on the core business, as well occasional opportunities other major clients out of our west coast offices. People
| This Associate Creative Director is a key member of our team. You will partner with an ACD (Art) to be one of our primary, hands-on teams, and you’ll be expected to set the bar for creative work on the account. You will contribute to the team culture and chemistry. In addition to executing work, you will act as a mentor and help to cultivate the growth of more junior creative teams. Process
| On top of driving, developing, and delivering creative work, you will be expected to lead presentations and influence their outcomes. You will have opportunities to influence our creative process and how we work with social creators and influencers. Who you are:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative agency, with client-facing experience. A portfolio of strategically sound, award-worthy creative work that you have taken from concept, through execution. A passion for creating scrappy social work, with the ability to quickly shoot and edit content that will live on client social channels. A strong understanding of the conceptual and executional phases of the creative process. Experience presenting to and interacting with clients, as well as the ability to collaborate with other internal departments. What we offer:
