fellow for the 2025-2026 academic year. Based in the Washington DC area, this program encompasses Medicare-approved Lung Transplant Program, PFF Care Network accredited Care Center, PHA-accredited Comprehensive Care Pulmonary Hypertension Center including a growing CTEPH program, CFF-accredited Care Center, WASOG Sarcoidosis Center of Excellence, and ELSO Platinum ECMO program.A board certified/board eligible PGY-7 pulmonary/critical care physician will have unique and expert training in a variety of advanced lung diseases including ILD, sarcoidosis, all groups of PH, CF, bronchiectasis, and advanced COPD. Fellows will receive training in the evaluation and management of advanced lung diseases, transplant candidates and recipients as well as donor management. The evaluation and management of complex airway issues post-transplantation is available.
