As a team member of the Compensation COE, the role will work with stakeholders across Human Resources, and with Operational Leaders across Mass General Brigham, on managing our central job description processes and system, JDXpert. The incumbent will coordinate processes related to job description validation and governance. The position will also help coordinate ongoing training and education of job description management to HR and Operations stakeholders, in addition to coordinating related communications for job description updates. The incumbent will also perform system administration functions for JDXpert as needed.

Essential Functions:

Plans, monitors, and manages projects from initiation through completion. Collaborates with Compensation Consultants to identify and prepare benchmark jobs for review. Partners with HR Teams to identify key leaders for validations and prepares for validation meetings with Leaders. Reviews, analyzes, and facilitates action needed from Leader and HR feedback.

Owns process for education and consultation with HR Business Partners, TA Partners, and Leaders on job description best practices. Helps coordinate facilitation of job reviews. Communicates and facilitates changes to stakeholders when job description changes are approved and entered into JDXpert.

Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

Maintains training resources and supports technology and system administration as needed.

Owns project plan for medium to large scale projects.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in project management and the use and application of standard project management tools and methodologies.

At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources: Compensation, HRBP, or Talent/Recruitment preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.

Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Proficiency in all MS Office applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
