Roll Law Group PC, the "captive” law firm for The Wonderful Company, a privately held $6 billion company with over 10,000 employees and including such well-known brands as Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Halos, POM Wonderful, FIJI Water, JUSTIN and Landmark Wines, and Teleflora, seeks a litigator with 2-6 years of experience and is bilingual in Spanish and English.As Litigation Counsel, you will support commercial, regulatory and employment functions of The Wonderful Company and be responsible for handling day-to-day litigation and legal counseling for all of the company’s farming, food, beverage and other businesses. From pleadings to judgment, you will continue to develop and expand your legal skills on a diverse array of complex matters.This is an opportunity to counsel and advise a high-growth entrepreneurial enterprise with forward-thinking business practices. Litigate an array of commercial, regulatory and employment matters independently and with minimal supervision.Perform routine litigation tasks such as legal research, writing briefs/motions, interviewing witnesses, conducting investigations, drafting/responding to discovery, taking/defending depositions, mediating, negotiating, conducting arbitrations and trials as a first or second chair.Counsel and advise operating companies on a broad range of legal matters, including those involving tort or contract issues, intellectual property issues, U.S. food and beverage regulatory matters, commercial disputes, and labor and employment matters, among others.Build and maintain close relationships with our clients advising them of risk, informing them of their legal rights and obligations, and offering "outside the box" solutions to everyday business problems.Qualifications

2-6 years of experience practicing litigation in a top-tier U.S. law firm preferred.JD from an accredited law school.Fluent Spanish speaker required.Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills required.Ability to provide top-quality, proactive, accurate, and effective legal representation in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision.Member in good standing of California State Bar.Pay Range: $140,000 - $260,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.Additional Information
