Your responsibilities will include market insights, ecosystem understanding, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. This senior leadership position demands a forward-thinking approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to align industry trends with Keysight's product roadmap.In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end experience of Keysight's top Wireless customers. This involves leading cross-functional teams in the planning, development, delivery, and support of Keysight's solutions as well as engaging in business and marketing development.

ResponsibilitiesCultivate nuanced insights into market dynamics, ecosystem players, and customer needsDevelop a system to track customer experience with Keysight solutions and productsStrengthen relationships with key customersCollaborate with sales to enhance Keysight's footprintEnsure win-win outcomes for customers and their ecosystems

QualificationsA Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong emphasis on 5G technologies.Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Wireless industry.Deep understanding of RF engineering, wireless communications protocols, signal processing, and test and measurement methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations and geographies.Experience working directly with major industry players like Qualcomm and Samsung, focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management.Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset.Ability to drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of the Keysight and competition product portfolios.Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control.Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnerships.If you're a visionary leader with a passion for technology and strategic growth, we encourage you to apply and join our global team at Keysight Technologies.The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.California pay range: MIN $176,670- MAX $294,440Note:
