Family Support Partner

DescriptionAbout this roleUsing your lived experience with a child receiving mental or behavioral health services, you will provide education, parenting skill training, and support to the client's legal guardian/caregiver. You will work with a caseload, individually, or as part of a team, using your knowledge of the educational system, DDD, and other community partners, to provide peer support and facilitate groups. This position may provide transportation to clients and work in-office, in-home and/or in community-based sites. You will be provided supportive supervision to aid in your professional growth and development.Perks of this role:Monday-Friday with flexible full-time schedule that meets your client's needsOpportunity to earn up to $4800 per yearStability and growth opportunities working for a national agencyWhat we're looking for:Must have or have had a child receive community mental/behavioral health services; ANDOne (1) of the following:High School diploma or GED with behavioral health education AND work experience totaling a combined minimum of 5 yearsBachelor's Degree in Social Services, Education or a related fieldNon-related Bachelor's degree and 1 year or more experience in the mental health fieldCurrent fingerprint clearance (and maintain during employment) and be able to pass the background check. Proof of: CPR/FA and a valid Arizona driver's license as well as proof of education are required.
