The Resilience team is responsible for the implementation of the group business resilience framework to ensure Macquarie has the ability to anticipate, withstand, respond and recover from business disruptions. The team ensures the organization is resilient through crisis leadership, effective planning, testing and exercising, and partnering with the business and suppliers to sustain operations during times of disruption.

What role will you play?You will utilise your extensive resilience background plus strong leadership and stakeholder engagement expertise to work with the Global Head of Resilience based in Sydney, to own and drive the business resilience agenda across the Americas region. As part of a global team, you will help lead, design and operationally implement an effective resilience program into Macquarie.

Ability to manage all risks related to business resilience for the region ensuring the right level of visibility and action
Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
Understanding growing regulatory requirements in resilience and related subjects, communicate and, where relevant, deliver these requirements throughout the organization with a particular focus on leveraging your extensive operational resilience expertise
Willingness to leverage your network to bring in external insights and opportunities, and provide thought leadership on emerging risk areas.
