Litigation Associate (Warranty)

Our client is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Associate will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions.Location is flexible, but all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.Warranty experience is not required; however, all candidates must have the following experience/skills:Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, deposition, and mediationExceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skillsStrong academic credentialsDetail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethicStrong interpersonal and communication skillsThe salary range for this position at the time of posting is $140,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
