The Sr. Manager of Agency Management is responsible for leveraging Adobe’s portfolio scale to maximize the performance and value received from all agency partners. Sitting within the broader Global Marketing Organization (GMO), this role is part of a new model for Adobe, where you will be tasked with supporting the tactical components of day-day to agency management including but not limited to managing quarterly business reviews, all contracting, billing needs, and evaluation of current partners. Additionally, as the Sr. Manager, Agency Management, you will support the evaluation and onboarding of new agency partners, ensuring the evolving needs of Adobe’s marketing efforts are optimally fulfilled.What You’ll Do
· Manage the day-to-day operations and administration for Adobe’s agency partners, surfacing recommendations to optimize these relationships and the value delivered to Adobe.· Support internal Adobe teams by establishing processes and defining best practices when working with external agencies. Serve as a partner to help them write briefs, establish timings, deliver feedback, etc.· Execute annual/quarterly business reviews with agency partners to ensure GMO’s evolving needs from agency partners are met· Measure agency performance by designing scalable feedback frameworks for marketing stakeholders (scorecards, consistent KPIs) to optimize performance and working relationships· Support the evaluation of new agency partners for Adobe as a whole and brand-specific needs in agency review processes· Lead all tactical components of onboarding new agency partners including key stakeholder introductions and managing data and documentation transfers· Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure successful billing reconciliation and contracting of agency partners· Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure competitive pricing and rates from all agency partners, leveraging historical data from the organization· Monitor agency partnership at a portfolio level, identifying opportunities to enhance the value of the partnership, remove duplicative efforts, and/or optimize the use of agency resources· Incorporate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to agency management into consistent ways of working for Adobe.Competencies

· 5+ years marketing experience with 3+ years experience in Marketing Operations or the equivalent· Experience managing teams, with a proven track record of collaborative leadership, team building, and managing individual contributors· Experience supporting formal RFP/review processes for agencies and strategic partners· Expertise in the tactical components of contract negotiation, billing, and reconciliation to optimize rates and financial accountability in new agency partnerships· Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and across· Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking into your workOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $85,200 -- $187,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
