International Logistics Coordinator
to join our growing team.Responsibilities :Coordinating international Ocean Export/Import services and managing related documentation;Liaising with customers, carriers, vendors, and stakeholders for efficient transportation;Monitoring shipments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining records;Managing relationships with carriers, and vendors, and identifying cost-saving opportunities;Supporting customer engagement, workflow, and policy adherence;Collaborating with foreign logistics agents and U.S. Transportation authorities;Resolving transportation issues and assisting with special projects;Escalating and resolving issues to protect commercial interests and ensure data accuracy.Skills and Experience required:At least 3 years in global freight forwarding with a strong knowledge of Ocean Freight;Understanding of the NVOCC operations and FMC compliance;Working with TMS such as Cargowise or Magaya;Associate's Degree;Accountability and skills to report the work progress;Ability to communicate the issues with vendors, customers, and coworkers;Ability to investigate the issues to find a root cause and propose a solution;Details oriented;Ability to go as long as needed to complete the project or mission;A tech-oriented person who strives to work with software to optimize the work process and comply with corporate standards;Team player.
