Senior OSINT Training Specialist (Remote)

Our flagship product, Silo for Research, is the market-leading solution for conducting secure and anonymous digital investigations and intelligence work across the surface, deep and dark web.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior OSINT Training Specialist. This role is crucial in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our customers across the public and private sectors, ensuring they are proficient in using our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in intelligence operations and a deep understanding of managed attribution and security tradecraft. This is a remote position with travel required, 15%.Key Responsibilities:Develop Training Curricula: Design and create detailed training programs and curricula tailored for various customer segments (open source intelligence, cyber threat intelligence, criminal or fraud investigations, dark web, etc), focusing on fully using our application and product offerings.Deliver Training Engagements: Deliver high-quality and engaging training engagements to customers, both in-person and virtually.Create Multimedia Content: Produce engaging video content– from recording through editing– to support training initiatives.Deployment and Onboarding Support: Assist with customer deployments and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of our products.Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of experience conducting interactive training sessions, providing training, developing courses, and/or leading analytic or product briefings.Experience in developing compelling courses, including points-of-instruction, learning objectives, and curricula, ensuring they meet the learning needs of diverse audiences.Experience in delivering scenario-based training related to software, platforms, or other technical topics, enabling practical and immersive learning experiences.Experience training individuals both onsite and remotely via live interaction and pre-recorded sessions, using various delivery methods to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.Intelligence or Investigations Expertise: At least 5 years demonstrated experience in supporting intelligence targeting, collection management, all-source analysis, open source collection and analysis, criminal investigations, or cyber threat intelligence.Security Clearance: Possession of a top secret US Government security clearance is required.Skills: Self-starter, creative, curious, with excellent communication skills.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of managed attribution and security tradecraft, as well as familiarity with the Silo for Research managed attribution platform.OSINT Research and Analysis: Demonstrated experience in fields related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis, or the exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) or social media.Analytical Training: Prior commercial, military, or government analytical training and certifications, including courses such as Practical Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Certification (GOSI) from SANS Institute, the CASO certification, or similar courses related to collection of publicly-available information (PAI).Intelligence Cycle: Experience working in an environment where Key Intelligence Questions are addressed, and familiarity with the intelligence cycle as it applies to the collection, processing, exploitation, and analysis of publicly-available information.Communication and Initiative: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to take the initiative, develop creative solutions, and drive opportunities for customer success.Education Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree: A BA or BS in a related discipline such as Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, Engineering, Political Science, International Relations, or a similar field.Equivalent Military Service: Equivalent experience through military service in a related discipline such as intelligence operations, OSINT analysis, or cybersecurity.Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 a year. The salary varies by location and is based on multiple factors, such as the relevant market and the skill, experience, and education of the selected candidate. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including stock options and bonus eligibility.
