We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Recruiter to own our foundational GTM hiring. In this pivotal role, you’ll impact our business success by recruiting the talent that powers the commercial growth of our cloud-native vector database solution. We are a hybrid team requiring you to be onsite in Redwood Shores Monday, Wednesday and Friday.What you will do:Execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent for Zilliz’s go-to-market rolesProactively source and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referralsCollaborate with hiring managers to align resource needs and optimize candidate targetingOversee the interview process, ensuring positive candidate experience and timely feedbackKeep up with trends in database, generative AI, and open-source technologies to effectively position Zilliz's opportunities for candidatesManage conflicting priorities while being extremely adaptable, agile, and flexibleWhat we are looking for:5+ years of experience recruiting go-to-market roles for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to Senior Director positionsStrong sourcing approach across various channels to maintain a strong pipeline of candidatesProven experience partnering and building productive relationships with hiring manager, business partners, and team membersData driven approach with the ability to report on workflow and metricsInnovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting successCompetitive mentality and desire to win as a teamAbility to work onsite in Redwood Shores M / W / FBenefits:Competitive compensation (cash + equity)Regular bonus and equity refresh opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and global wellbeing daysGenerous 401(k) and regional retirement plans
