AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. Tech Advisory Data Strategist - Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, business analysis, data analytics, IT project management, and business process analysis. As a

Tech Advisory Data Strategist - Manager , you will work closely with executives to understand their needs and communicate these effectively to developers, ensuring that business objectives are met through technical solutions. You will act as a crucial bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies and vice versa.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:

Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, technology challenges, and opportunities. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop actionable technology strategies that align with their goals.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and deliver technology roadmaps and implementation plans. Provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.

Project Oversight:

Oversee IT projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating with implementation partners and stakeholders.

Business-Technical Translation:

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements and solutions.

Executive Communication:

Engage with executive-level stakeholders to gather business requirements, present technical solutions, and provide status updates on project progress.

Technical Guidance:

Provide insights and guidance on Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Data platform capabilities, promoting their application to address business needs and maximize technology investments.

Business Process Review:

Analyze clients' business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.

Mentorship:

Lead and mentor other team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Documentation and Presentation:

Document, diagram, and present complex technical material in a manner that can be easily understood by non-technical audiences.

Proof of Concepts:

Create proofs of concepts to support architectural vision, strategy, and tool evaluation.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Must have at least five (5) years of experience in technology consulting including IT Due Diligence, IT project management, or a similar role servicing private equity clients.

Experience with Manufacturing & Distribution clients is a plus.

Must have previous data analytics experience.

Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.

Hybrid or Remote.

25-50% travel required.

Bonus Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server database development and administration.

2.5+ years of experience in enterprise data warehouse implementation in SQL.

2+ years of experience building automated ETL/ELT or data integration processes utilizing multiple source systems.

In-depth experience in architecting, designing, and implementing complex data architectures on Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Azure/Managed Instance SQL Server, Azure Logic App, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
