Job Description

At Agilent, we're seeking a Program Manager of Lab Operations to lead all aspects of and drive the success of our enterprise-wide support programs. Join our team to craft and implement innovative solutions, build strong customer relationships, and deliver outstanding service.Key Responsibilities:Develop and run enterprise-level support programs in collaboration with the Enterprise Sales team.Coordinate the delivery of integrated support services, coordinating cross-functional and multi-vendor efforts.Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer needs are met with customized solutions.Conduct detailed risk assessments and handle program budgets, plans, structures, schedules, and staffing.Ensure projects are implemented within budget and meet profit and loss targets.Lead the implementation of CrossLab solutions and physical inventory and asset tagging activities.Provide cross-functional team leadership in line with Agilent policies.Identify, onboard, and contract third-party service providers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a scientific (lab/pharma) field or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus.8+ years of confirmed experience in laboratory instrumentation support or sales.Strong intuition for business.Expertise in laboratory instrument service and maintenance business processes and finances.Excellent customer focus and teamwork skills.Ability to craft, price, implement, and handle sophisticated service programs.Validated leadership, team-building, and project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).Effective communication and customer contracting experience.Agilent Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
