The

Sr. Marketing Manager

will play an important role in the strategy, planning, organization, implementation, and optimization of our PartsSource PRO product. As one of the core members of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a larger business strategy through the successful execution of campaigns tactics, including but not limited to: sales enablement creation, emails, display marketing, event summits & webinars, and data analytics. Additionally, you will work cross collaboratively with multiple departments within the organization, to maximize performance and contribute to the team’s overall business goals.

What You’ll Do

Manage Relationships

Support the growth of key sales, marketing, product, and operations relationships across the PartsSource organization and family of brands.

Manage third-party marketing partners that contribute to our demand gen program tactics and drive continual optimization of efficient, effective systems that optimize marketing output.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal team members to ensure alignment of tactics and optimal execution of campaigns.

Produce Results

Serve as the marketing product owner for the Enterprise PRO product at PartsSource.com and lead cross functionally to maximize product enhancement and performance.

Leverage demand gen marketing expertise to successfully craft & deploy campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance data and identify trends for campaign optimization needs.

Manage demand gen strategy & campaigns against an annual budget & calendar.

What You’ll Bring

5-8 years of direct experience managing a product lifecycle and demand gen campaigns.

Thought-leadership, innovative thinking, and strategic focus that maximizes performance.

Experience analyzing and interpreting complex performance data/results for optimizations.

Demonstrated success in executing a mix of demand gen tactics and meeting timelines.

Foundational product marketing experience and understanding of marketing demand gen best practices.

Bonus Points

Experience working within the healthcare industry, with or within healthcare systems or with medical device manufacturers (OEMs), and/or medical parts/supply distributors is a plus.

Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, or like digital platforms a plus.

Some Travel may be required.
