Accenture Federal Services’ National Security Portfolio (NSP) is seeking a highly motivated Earned Value Management Lead to support the integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) system to provide maritime domain awareness in Northern Africa. The system will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating security information to enhance the security and force protection of maritime boundaries, natural resources, and strategic ports. The ideal candidate will work as part of an integrated team based in greater Boston, Massachusetts area, to implement the best EVM practices and processes to track program progress in terms of defined cost, schedule, and performance outcomes.The Work:

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of NSP’s DCMA compliant EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for the Maritime Domain Awareness opportunity.Work with Program Management and Engineering leadership to leverage data and analysis from system, software, cybersecurity, and network engineers to inform program performance measures.Provide data-driven financial metrics and analysis to support forward-looking program decision-making.Provide program EVM status reports and briefings to internal management, program stakeholders, and government leadership.Serve as the primary resource for EVM-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and insights to internal NPS management and government leadership.Represent and lead government audits and correspondence associated to NSP’s EVMS.Contribute to the successful completion of EVM Cost & Schedule deliverables.Relevant experience must be in program management (e.g., trend and forecast analysis, earned value management, cost benefit analysis, balanced scorecard, activity-based costing, life cycle cost estimating, activity-based budgeting, and gap analysis).Here's what you need:

7+ years in EVM practices, principles, and application, with a strong background in DoD or federal programs.Degree in a Business Field (e.g., Program Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and Economics), or equivalent EVM experience.Bonus points if you have:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Expert in MS Project Web Access (aka MS Project Online), Deltek Cobra, for Project EVM.Security Clearance:

Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of

California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
