In this pivotal role, you'll architect and execute game-changing strategies that drive engagement and a boost in productivity. Leading a team of L&D consultants, you'll leverage cutting-edge techniques and technologies to revolutionize our approach to employee development.Your mission is to deliver visionary programs that prepare our employees to be their best today and, in the future, reduce turnover and demonstrate a return on learning investments. Strategic Leadership & Innovation

Develop and execute a cutting-edge learning strategy aligned with our business objectives, targeting increased employee productivity.Pioneer innovative learning approaches, leveraging emerging technologies to increase program effectiveness while reducing costs annually.High-Impact Program Design & Delivery

Deliver immersive learning journeys across multiple modalities (e-learning, distance learning, and classroom) that drive measurable skill development and behavior change.Foster a state-of-the-art learning ecosystem, integrating our LMS (e.g., Workday) with adaptive learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) and social collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).Performance Optimization & Analytics

Establish robust KPIs and analytics dashboards to measure program ROI, aiming for a return on learning investments and business impact.Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning to identify skill gaps and personalize learning paths for maximum impact.Talent Development & Succession Planning

Design and implement a comprehensive business unit development program, increasing our new hire’s time to proficiency and employees’ ability to be their best today and in the future.Identify the need for targeted initiatives to retain high-potential employees, reducing turnover of top talent year-over-year.Strategic Partnerships & Influence

Cultivate strong relationships with HR Business Partners and business unit leaders, driving learning as a strategic business enabler.Lead a high-performing team of L&D consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Employee engagement scores (target: 3-5% increase)Time-to-proficiency for new hires (target: 3-5% reduction)Internal promotion rate (target: 5% increase)Learning program completion rates (target: 5-10%+)Net Promoter Score for L&D initiatives (target: 80+)Technology & Innovation:

Integrate virtual reality training simulations for high-risk or complex tasks.Foster use of mobile-first microlearning platforms (e.g., Workday Mobile App) for just-in-time learning.Implement gamification elements to boost engagement and knowledge retention.Ideal Candidate Profile:

8+ years of progressive L&D experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.Proven track record of needs assessing, designing, and implementing learning strategies that drive business results.Deep expertise in

Learning consultancy (make recommendations to curriculum, oversee the development of materials, serve as a thought leader, mentor, and coach on continuous improvement tools, analyze data to help with budget preparation and training priorities, track and report metrics).Adult learning theory

(Synchronous vs. Asynchronous, Experiential Learning, Transformative Learning, Self-Directed Learning).Instructional design

(ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction, Merrill’s First Principles of Instruction, Cognitive Load Theory, etc.).Emerging L&D technologies

(AI & Machine Learning, LXP, Microlearning Platforms, Voice-Activated Learning, NLP, Emotion AI, etc.).

Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Organizational Development, Adult Education, or related field preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, PMP) are highly desired.Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming our learning culture and driving unparalleled business performance?
