As an individual contributor, design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions for our SaaS platformCollaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and plan development sprintsImplement and maintain best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentationPerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team membersIdentify and address technical debt and performance issuesParticipate in architectural design discussions and contribute to the evolution of our SaaS platform architectureActively participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesMentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering teamStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our software development processesOther Job Duties

Travel up to 10%, including overnight travelRequired Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or significant relevant experience5-7 years professional experience developing top-notch software at a Software Product CompanyProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NetStrong knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and microservices architectureKnowledgeable in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQLExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, or AngularFamiliarity with modern software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or KanbanExcellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsPossesses a highly technical mindset and maintains unwaveringly high standardsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environmentPreferred Experience, Certifications and Skills

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as codeExperience working in healthcare domain with basic understanding of interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIRExperience in domain driven and CQRS architectural patterns.CompensationThe base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $120,000-$130,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.This is a benefits-eligible position.
