Founded in 2017, we are an esports organization with the vision to be a platform to help others. FlyQuest strives for competitive excellence, but stands out from other esports organizations by defining organizational success as more than just wins and losses. FlyQuest strives to showcase greatness within the game and through its Go Green Initiatives, which tie competitive success to environmental impact this includes supporting organizations committed to planting trees, coral reef conservation, bee conservation, and solar energy awareness. At FlyQuest, we believe that greatness exists within everyone. Our vision inspires all of us to be a professional esports organization that brings goodness to the world and challenges ourselves and all others to showcase greatness. Responsibilities: Assist in community management efforts, including engaging with our audience across various platforms.Contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Support the management of digital communications channels, such as email marketing campaigns and website content updates.Assist in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.Collaborate with team members on various marketing projects and initiatives.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proficiency or familiarity with marketing concepts, social media platforms, and Adobe Suite.Strong attention to detail.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, willing to voice opinions.Enthusiasm for esports and pop culture. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Proficiency in operating computers, office equipment, and different software. Effective verbal and written skills. Occasional lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 15 pounds and movement around the office space. Reasonable accommodations may be made to disabled persons upon request.
