Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, fix, and upgrade web applications or websites written in the Drupal framework.
Write front and back-end code.
Ensure Drupal websites operate at a level of high performance.
Identify and fix bugs that are found within code.
Ensure you've written unit tests to verify the web application is operating as expected.
Write and maintain documentation for the system.
Qualifications
5+ years’ hands-on experience developing with Drupal, including site building, demonstrated custom module development, and theming.
Advanced site building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, Panels and custom modules.
Knowledge of PHP, PHP files and theme functions, and knowledge of the Drupal theme layer.
Solid understanding of AJAX, HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
Practical understanding of Git and Gitflow processes.
BS. in computer science, Information Technology, data science, bioinformatics, or another related field. Additional education/certifications can be considered in lieu of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Interpersonal skills, such as communication and collaboration.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently.
Ability to obtain/hold a public trust clearance at a federal agency.
Experience working with cloud computing platforms (AWS).
Acquia Certified Drupal 10 Certification.
