Full Stack Team Lead

The successful candidate will come with a start-up mentality (and ideally start-up experience), and strong skills in managing timelines, defining milestones, and delivering accordingly. Problem solver – not afraid to think outside of the box.What will your day to day look like:Building highly performant and maintainable web applicationsLeading the development efforts and feature implementation strategiesManaging the development team, the sprints, and the source code qualityActively participating in the development process of the web platformActively participating in process automations, architecture, and infrastructure handoversRequirements:

Your areas of expertise most relevant to this role:Solid knowledge of full stack development - DB modeling, backend architecture, API planning, client-side data flow, UX implementationStrong experience designing web solutions for challenging problemsVast experience in implementing web applications from end to end (full stack)Ability to manage multiple requesters and priorities, presenting opportunities, limitations, trade-offs, and innovative ideas to satisfy needsThorough knowledge of React.jsThorough knowledge of Node.js, working with MongoDBExperience with common web development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Experience with WebRTC both on the client and server (advantage)A natural leader who inspires by doing, enjoys being technically hands-on, mentoring, and building efficient teamsGood communicator, also in EnglishWhy choose us?You'll have a front-row seat at an early-stage, fast-growing company.We're still small, so there are not too many layers of bureaucracy to work through.
