Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of Enterprise Application transformation and modernization initiativesHelp grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offeringsDrive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet servedContribute to the firm’s growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B AssociatesWHAT WE OFFER:

Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree6-8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and executionHands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization advisory, and program/delivery leadershipExperience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application SaaS solutions: CRM, SCM, ERP, POS, Restaurant Front of House and Back of House Applications.Enterprise Architecture Planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project servicesDeveloped holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications initiativesBuilt and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice areaDemonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teamsProvided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services) and a variety of business functional areas (Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Restaurant Technology, Sales, and HR)THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR:

The estimated salary range for this role is $131,000 - $164,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable.
