Job Description

You will support the day-to-day needs and projects for our business systems, with a focus on project management and data analysis within the Revenue Operations Department. You also ensure our data integrity and aid in developing sustainable and efficient processes for our teams using Salesforce, from Sales to Ad Operations to our content studio team. This role reports to the Director of Business Systems.

Revenue Operations focuses on facilitating communication across departments in order to drive growth and efficiency across the customer lifecycle. This cross-functional team is responsible for internal processes & systems to drive revenue productivity at scale including: data integrity & CRM maintenance, administration of all sales technologies, sales training, & collateral, liaising with all internal departments, and other special projects as they occur.

Day-to-day would include:

Partnering closely with the Business Systems team to gather requirements, scope, design, implement, and document solutions in Salesforce, Tableau, and other software

Providing CRM support by troubleshooting issues and empowering end users through training and documentation

Taking ownership of reporting; from creating complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce to preparing large datasets for analysis and generating insights, identifying trends, and creating visualizations to summarize findings in Tableau, Excel, or other BI tools

Improving and scaling existing reports, such as forecasting models, to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions

Developing data management processes to ensure data hygiene and making necessary corrections through mass updates

Owning critical initiatives such as (but not limited to) launches of new products and publications, Ad Results delivery improvements, and Sales process enhancements

Applying system knowledge when conducting data analysis projects in order to thoughtfully answer stakeholders’ core questions, anticipate future questions, and provide additional insights and context when appropriate

Managing small to medium-sized projects end-to-end

Qualifications:

Experience as a business analyst, emphasizing analytics and data visualization

Experience working in a CRM; Salesforce strongly preferred

An understanding of database structures and enterprise software systems

Excel wizardry for large data sets, with proficiency in pivot tables and lookup formulas

Proficiency with Power Query/Power BI or SQL, plus familiarity with Tableau

Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Master of preventing scope creep and identifying an MVP (minimum viable product)

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and projects with effective prioritization

Strong communication skills and ability to translate and explain data insights and technical processes clearly and succinctly to stakeholders

The salary range for this position is $68,000K-$80,000K/YR, depending on experience
