The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the C-Suite and some staff support. Responsibilities may include maintaining the executive calendars, coordinating meetings/schedules, travel, expenses, meeting minutes, developing presentations, supporting internal engagement and connectivity initiatives, and participating on various other projects.Working closely with the Executive Team, the Executive Assistant handles projects and assignments requiring independent judgment, problem solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of the leaders’ functions, programs, ongoing activities and priorities.Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:Managing all aspects of complex travel including trains, flights, rooms and vehiclesPlanning meetings, creating/editing meeting materials and managing meeting logisticsInteracting with internal team members as well as customers and prospective job candidatesDeveloping and revising documents and presentationsCreating electronic and/or paper filing systems and maintaining themProject execution in support of the executivesScreening and answering phone callsPreparing accurate expense reports with required documentationProviding backup assistance for the other administrative office staffAdditional administrative tasks as requestedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of related work experienceMust be proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be able to read, write, speak fluently and comprehend the English languageMust be able to handle projects independentlyMust be open to occasional travel ( This is a hybrid role and will require a few days/week in the office.Skills:Strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills and must work well in a group environmentProfessional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of Precision staff membersHigh degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential personnel and client informationExcellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple critical tasks and communicate status effectivelySelf-motivated with a strong attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative and flexibleCompensation:Reasonable estimate of the current range: $77,000 - $104,000 USDThis role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
