TridentCare, the nation's leading mobile diagnostics imaging services provider, is hiring dedicated, compassionate, true HEALTHCARE HEROES!We're making a difference in the lives of our patients every day.Top 3 reasons Radiologic Technologists love working here:Enjoy the variety of work each day brings!Thrive in an environment where making decisions independently is encouraged and supported!Not confined to a hospital or doctor's office!REQUIREMENTS:ARRT CertificationState X-Ray LicenseWorks nights and weekendsEnjoys driving to various facilities dailyProfessional attitude and compassion for patient careExcellent skill set and ability to meet daily challengesROLE:Provide a consistent level of coaching and support to all personnel, including written and oral performance feedback.Schedule technical and ancillary staff using the DDF format to ensure proper customer service levels are consistently met along with the Area Manager.Conduct quarterly image reviews on fifteen (15) or more images as needed to ensure the highest quality exams are being performed, providing graded feedback to technologists with ideas for improvement.Cross-train technical staff in all applicable modalities.Maintain TridentCare equipment and cars, including spot checks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.Maintain upkeep on all DR/CR equipment, including monthly checks on cords/attachments/DR plates/pre-inspection checklist/QC programs.Report all concerns/information on any area client directly back to the Area Manager.Provide additional support to the Area Manager as needed.Evening/weekend/holiday on-call as needed.Performs and processes X-Rays:Perform and process X-Rays and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.Perform EKGs and transmit EKGs to a Cardiologist for interpretation.Demonstrate regular attendance.Communicate efficiently and perform professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.Maintain required State licenses/ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.Attend meetings as required.Submit accurate and timely time sheets as per protocol.Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule through Supervisors and Bio-med. Other responsibilities include scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, and mailings.Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers.Train other technologists as required.QualificationsEducation:

Bachelors (preferred), Associates (preferred)Licenses & Certifications:
