As the go-to expert on mobile growth within the Digital Media Global GTM team, this person will drive acquisition and engagement motions for our highest priority apps at Adobe. A deep knowledge of digital marketing and product-led growth practices across customer segments will serve well as we partner with many internal Adobe teams to lead sophisticated, multi-channel initiatives that drive improved customer experiences, increased new user success and greater customer retention. This team provides business critical insights, ensures consensus on goals, and helps teams drive critical initiatives forward globally. We work cross-functionally to define our customer journey requirements across demand creation, app store optimization, monetization and free and paid engagement by segment to increase long term business growth. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done, through positive relationships across the organization. What you'll do

Partner with Product Marketing, Finance and Data Science to set quarterly and annual objectives and key results and ARR targets and drive accountability cross-functionally for performance against targets. Drive growth priorities across acquisition, engagement and retention with ASO/ASA, PLG, core product, marketing, global growth and data analytics teams. Collaborate with product marketing and cross-functional team on new product launches, quarterly product releases and post-release optimizations. Obsess over all customer experience journeys, find opportunities for improvement and drive a wide range of teams to deliver against long-term customer growth goals. Partner with Analytics teams to understand trends in the business to develop insights that translate into impactful recommendations for growth. Drive testing priorities across marketing and product teams with clear learning agendas that address business & customer needs and amplify discovery and success of key product value. Develop and maintain expertise in Photo & Imaging's key customer segments, and provide insights back to Product teams that result in improved product capabilities. What you need to succeed

BS/BA or equivalent experience with 12+ years marketing, software, high tech, or management consulting experience supporting B2C products or services. Hands-on experience with mobile apps required. Deep understanding of digital business models and the mobile app landscape, with proven knowledge in how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results. Genuine desire to have impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to near term and longer-term sales success. Successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities. Experience leading multi-functional teams to launch high-impact business initiatives. Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and implement actions to address critical business issues. The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up the position. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, at all levels. A shown sense of self, balanced with a team-first approach. Global cultural awareness and experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $246,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
