Leadership role at Local Brand Team supporting in a Co-Lead model in Brand at the Center (one Commercial, one Medical). Drives an empowered and cross-functional team focused on maximizing brand performance which is shared purpose of Local Izervay Team.Responsibilities:

Maximizing Local Izervay performance:

Own the development and implementation of the Growth Strategy and annual plans for the Izervay in close collaboration with Local Brand Team members and other stakeholders.Set Brand Objectives and KPIs for entire Local Brand Team. Objectives consist of common Brand Objectives which should be shared with all the core Brand Team members, and individual operational Objectives which directly support ultimate Brand Objectives.Lead progress on KPIs and course-correction in an agile way based on environment changes.Responsible for performance evaluation on core Izervay Brand Team members, in cooperation with Functional Report Line Managers.Align with Global Brand Strategy planning in co-creation market by being a part of Global Brand Strategy planning.Team Culture:

Responsible for managing Local Izervay Team budget:Propose and oversee budget for the IzervayExecute on approved budget for Brand Team, including any budget allocation changes within Brand Team (as long as they are within the Guardrails)Izervay Brand Head Accountable for Local Brand Team P
Responsible for Local Izervay Team performance:Role model the transversal, co-creational and collaborative working model, sharing best practice across the business, to sustainably grow the team’s effectiveness.Create the environment to provide frequent feedbacks within Brand Team members.Qualifications:

Required:Undergraduate degree required, MBA and/or post graduate preferred.15 years of progressive experience in commercial roles.Proven ability to effectively lead a US Marketing and Sales function with matrixed responsibility for Health Systems and Operations support for pharmaceutical brands.Strong ability to recruit, inspire, mentor, motivate and manage a diverse workforce.An accomplished strategic commercial leader from the biotechnology, specialty pharma or pharmaceutical industry.A solid understanding of the industry’s complex regulatory, market access and commercial requirements.Sophisticated and proven commercial experience with strong facility in devising complex commercialization plans.Creativity in problem identification and resolution.Ability to lead by example, attract and develop talent.Strong executive presence, focus and drive to succeed.Ability to travel.Benefits:
