Job Description:
As the Director of Sales, you will leverage your sales and relationship skills to work directly with clients, creating quotes, generating pricing, recommending and upselling styles and decoration methods, and growing current relationships. The ideal candidate has experience working directly with clients in the custom apparel and/or promotional industries and is proficient in computers and a CRM system as well as with MailChimp for email marketing.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotes
Develop new client relationships from leads
Grow accounts to meet/exceed sales goals by offering existing clients new ideas
Document activities in our CRM
Coordinate with marketing to create email marketing campaigns (MailChimp)
Track, meet and exceed sales objectives
Identify, organize and exhibit at trade shows and industry events

Requirements:
Experience in a sales position and working directly with clients
Strong communication skills (email and phone)
Willingness to travel and organize events

$81,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
