This team’s award-winning, in-house built technologies are the backbone of Disney’s ad business and a critical element of the Company’s streaming future.Job SummaryAs a Senior Product Management on the Ad Platforms technology group, you will be a part of the team redefining TV advertising, and expanding our capabilities globally. You will be responsible for establishing, supporting and advancing our international advertising strategy and capabilities and helping to expand them globally. Our international ad supported product offerings are growing and this role will help shape and evolve our solutions to ensure that business opportunities are delivered through our Disney powered technology solutions. The right person for this role brings creativity and analytical prowess to identify business value, solve complex problems, concisely articulate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and ultimately drive results. If you are someone who can drive strategy, align with stakeholders and partners through collaboration, and are passionate about delivering impactful outcomes this is a great role for you.ResponsibilitiesEstablish launch and growth strategies and plans for our ad support offerings across the globe.Facilitate alignment among stakeholders on the key capabilities and features of our global platform, while taking into account regional requirements and market demands, in accordance with our global scalability objectives.Build and maintain a roadmap aimed at ensuring delivery of financial targets as part of long-range planning to maximize business impact.Drive commercialization inputs for product launches and partner with GTM teams to define clear success metrics.Partner with regional sales, operations and technology groups to help shape and deliver requirements for launch success.Maintain cross functional alignment and prioritization of features to help drive clarity and visibility business and functional product needs.Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and design to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or work equivalent experience5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in video & advertising technologyDemonstrated experience leading high performing product management teamsStrong knowledge of global advertising marketplacesPreferred Qualifications

Be flexible, adaptable and a team-player first.Experience shipping multiple products in an agile software development environment.Proven understanding of systems architecture, design, and implementation.Strong analytical skills and passionate about answering questions with data.Experience fostering critical partnership by collaborating with product managers, ad sales and operational teams to drive delivery against roadmap priorities.The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $136,100 - $182,400 per year, in NYC and Seattle is $142,600 - $191,100 per year and in San Francisco is $149,000 - $199,800 based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
