The Sr. Leadership Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, refining and sustaining a range of internal leadership development programs and initiatives to support our employees in doing the work of their lives and building manager capabilities. In the programs we drive, we seek to deliver a high-quality, distinctly Docusign experience for our managers and nurture a learning culture. The role will be responsible for, but is not limited to program design, vendor selection as applicable, content creation and facilitation, enrollment strategy, marketing and communications planning, logistics management (in partnership with our coordinators), program evaluation and analytics. As a key member of our highly collaborative team, the Sr. Leadership Development Specialist will drive and contribute to multiple, concurrently running high-profile programs.This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Leadership Development.ResponsibilitiesDrive the design process and define the leadership development program objectives and measurements, construct the content, determine the stakeholder engagement plan and implement the pilot/program validation processFacilitate multi-day leadership development program workshopsCreate in-person and virtual experiences to enhance full programs post-graduation of programsBuild, curate content, and manage manager resource toolkits supporting manager developmentManage and evolve our manager and leadership program resources and support the development of new inclusive culture programsCurate online resources to support experiential learning programs with a focus on leadership developmentCo-create and oversee detailed project plans employing a systems-thinking approach to develop multi-modal learning solutions for leaders and managersDevelop and implement consistent operational protocols for leadership programs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and seamless execution across all cross-functional partnersPartner with HR Business Partners, business leaders or other key stakeholders to understand the organizational needs of managers and determine the best leadership programs, process or approach to meet those needsBenchmark manager and leadership development best practices and relevant academic research to inform leadership program designPartner with Learning team colleagues and other business partners to determine enrollment approach, logistics, use of learning management system(s), and communications organizationallyDrive marketing and communications strategy to engage employees, their managers and top leaders' support for the program and monitor registration progressEvaluate the program success and ROI measures in partnership with the People Analytics team and communicate the results to key stakeholdersJob Designation

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. BasicBA/BS degree5+ years of experience in learning and development, with significant expertise in leadership development and enablement programsProven track record in designing, implementing, and scaling large-scale leadership development initiatives globallyDemonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with SMEs, senior leaders, partners, and vendors2+ years of experience as a people manager3+ years of Instructional Design experience for leadership developmentExperience writing white papers and executive summariesExperience with project management tools, especially Smartsheet, for complex planning and progress trackingPreferredBased in SF Bay AreaStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environmentExcellent business writing skillsCertified Insights Discovery PractitionerMaster’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Instructional DesignCertified Leadership Development CoachExperience with Workday LMSComfort with ambiguityHigh quality communication skills and attention to detailPositive, can-do attitudeSelf-starter who drives for clarity and alignment among multiple stakeholdersLearning agilityResearch and analytical skillsIntermediate to advanced skills in Google suite (must be able to develop presentations in Slides and analyze data in Sheets)Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salaryWashington DC: $101,500.00 - $139,525.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and
