Join a values-driven firm where you’ll have fun while solving complex and interesting business challenges.Introduction to the teamTax Services’ teams deliver quality tax solutions to public and privately owned middle-market companies, not-for-profit organizations and high net worth individuals.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and review of partnership tax matters in accordance with firm quality control policies.Assist engagement teams with client communication of complex partnership tax matters and potential solutions.Consult with Tax National Office professionals on complex tax matters and development of partnership tax planning solutions.Evaluate skills and develop Senior Managers, Managers, Seniors and Staff in partnership tax law; deliver local technical training.Effectively leverage available technology and other resources to maximize technical application to project and hold the engagement team to the same standard.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred.Minimum of 10 years of related experience.Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred.CPA or Bar License required.Minimum of 4 years supervising and training experience.Subject matter expert in partnership taxation required; prior experience working with large, active middle-market clients preferred.Proven market facing skills required to sustain existing excellent client relationships.Must have visibility and recognition within your industry specialization.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
