Join us and be at the forefront of powering change.Are you interested in joining a dynamic, supportive, and highly skilled team?The team/department:You will be joining Western Power’s Customer Connection Services, Planning and Scheduling team. You will collaborate closely with our project managers to develop comprehensive project plans for our construction teams. Your duties will include traveling to various sites across Perth to meet with customers and guide them through the process of connecting to the network. Additionally, you'll support the scheduling team by creating clear and detailed project plans. You'll also provide technical expertise both within your own team and to members of other teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution.What you will be doing:Working independently and without supervision to prepare, plan and provide scoping services to establish customer requirements, design constructability, site conditions, task requirements, work methodology, network condition, electrical isolation parameters, 3rd party customer impact and materials validation that support efficient downstream delivery of customer projects.Conducting on-site meetings with customers and/or their representatives to establish common understanding and formal agreement of respective accountabilities and on-site requirements.Managing and influencing customers and their representatives of varying levels, from the end customer through to senior representatives from Local Government Authorities, small and medium enterprises, Government Agencies, builders and developers.
