We offer you an intense two-year developmental journey where you’ll learn from experts within your field and get diverse project experience, develop transferable skills, and build a strong cross-functional network with other talents.The Graduate journeyOur Graduate Program consists of three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.Your 1st rotation will be as part of the core Offshore Asset Management team, allowing you to develop an understanding of how the business works and provide you with broad exposure to all the functions and stakeholders that support the operations of our portfolio. Your 2nd and 3rd rotations are aimed at providing you with a deeper insight into key areas that allow us to optimize the business, these could include Finance, Commercial, and or Permitting, Environmental and Marine Affairs. One of these rotations could potentially be based in Copenhagen.You’ll play an important role in:developing the annual asset budgetcollaborating with joint venture partnersdeveloping opportunities with cross-functional teamssupporting risk management activitiespresenting updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you:are delivery orientated, capable of executing discrete workstreams and initiatives effectivelyA maximum of 1 year of full-time, relevant work experience between your Master's completion and 2 September 2025 OR a maximum of 1-2 years of full-time, relevant work experience between your Bachelor’s completion and 2 September 2025have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business, finance, or STEM related field by 2 nd

of September 2025 or have equivalent experiencedemonstrate creative thinking and take an innovative approach to problem-solvinghave an analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate and extract insights from an asset’s business casehave a structured and organized approach to managing workload, contracts, and engagement with stakeholdershave strong presentation skills, including comfort with communicating to senior stakeholders in both formal and informal settingsJoin a global leader in renewable energyØrsted is a growing green energy major and global leader in climate action.
