DescriptionManhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a rapidly growing management and social sciences consulting firm, is seeking a Task Order Program Manager for the National Institute of Justice Journal contract. MSG provides consulting services across the federal government in the areas of technical assistance, research and evaluation, information and communications, and management and technology. Our federal clients include the U.S. Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, Labor, and the National Science Foundation. We offer our team members a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and a competitive benefits package.Role Overview:The NIJ Task Order Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of the task order. As the primary point of contact for all matters related to the task order, this individual is accountable for the overall management, direction, and administration of the project.Key Responsibilities:Lead the coordination and management of all work performed under the task order.Plan, direct, and monitor the work of team members, ensuring efficiency and alignment with project goals.Identify and assign staff for specific projects, while proactively managing project issues and roadblocks.Execute tasks and disseminate relevant information to team members.Be responsible for all aspects of performance, including tracking budgets, schedules, deliverables, and contractual compliance.Provide direction on projects from inception through completion.Offer technical and managerial assistance to comply with the technical requirements of the contract.Serve as the government's primary point of contact for all support provided to the project.Minimum Experience Requirements:5 + years of directly relevant supervisory or management experience involving frequent, high-level technical, and time-critical needs.Experience in marketing, media, or public information service areas.Demonstrated ability to manage projects with specific results and tight deadlines.Superior oral and writing skills.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Clearance:

Public Trust preferred; or must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance by contract start.EEO Statement:
