CHA's transportation team embraces new challenges from roads and highways to roundabouts and rail lines.The Highway Project Manager - New England coordinates contracts with the client, subcontractors, purchase orders, daily correspondence, and all other project related documents. The professional in this role is responsible for all project financials, manages subcontractor payments, and communicates updates to the client, management, and project team during monthly project review meetings with operations.Additionally, the Highway Project Manager - New England develops a specific health and safety plan in coordination with health and safety manager and is responsible for verifying that projects meet required QA/QC compliance as determined by Quality Management Plan.At CHA, you can build a career and find your passion across our diverse business lines and project teams. Bachelor's Degree in engineering is required; Master's Degree preferredPE or equivalent professional license preferredMinimum 5 years' experience required; minimum 3 years' project management experience requiredMassDOT or NHDOT or CTDOT experience requiredExperience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and project closeout documents for projects requiredExperience managing project accounting processes to include project budgeting, forecasts and cash management requiredExperience understanding and interpreting client contract requirementsAbility to track and oversee multiple projects requiredAn articulate and persuasive communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiencesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Deltek Vision preferredKnowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 preferredOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectivelyA self-starter who excels in a high-paced work environment and works well independently"Seller-doer" attitudeAbility to travel as needed requiredCULTURE/EEO STATEMENT
