Are you an ambitious and diligent professional with a proven track record in talent sourcing? Stanley 1913 is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer to join our Human Resources team in Seattle, WA. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to help Stanley 1913 maintain its competitive edge in the market.
Who You AreCreate and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptionally skilled candidates.Apply a variety of tools, including LinkedIn, AI, and DEI platforms to build a robust pipeline of candidates.Screen and assess candidates to determine their alignment with Stanley 1913's needs and culture.Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and successfully implement tailored recruitment plans.Maintain a flawless candidate experience from initial contact through handoff.Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve the sourcing process.Stay updated on industry trends and standard methodologies to ensure Stanley 1913 remains a leader in talent acquisition.
Education and ExperienceProven experience in talent sourcing, specifically in hiring software engineers, software managers, data engineers, and ecommerce and supply chain technology professionals.Solid knowledge of sourcing tools and recruiting platforms.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.A dedication to quality and attention to detail.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Salary Range$47-52 per hour

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. Full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results. In addition, we offer a variety of employee benefits, personalized time off, 14-Paid holidays, dental, vision, 401(k), and much more.
