Summary/ObjectiveThe

Sales and Marketing Director

will be responsible for developing and executing strategicsales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and buildstrong customer relationships. The Director will be responsible for leading marketing, externaland internal sales teams. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record insales leadership and marketing management, particularly with experience in consultativeselling of capital equipment.

What you would do:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achievecompany revenue goals and market expansion objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals andensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Design and oversee the execution of sales strategies, including territory managementand sales processes.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growthand differentiation.

Provide leadership and training to the team, fostering a deep understanding of ourcapital equipment's competitive advantages.

Develop and deliver training programs that equip the sales department with theknowledge and skills needed to effectively communicate these advantages toprospective and existing clients.

Oversee the product portfolio, identify market opportunities and implement strategiesto enhance product offerings and maximize profitability.

Develop and implement a strategic business plan, which expands the customer baseand ensures a strong brand presence in existing and new markets. This will includebeing a part of planning trade shows and general advertising and marketing.

What we require from you:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership position within consultative selling or capitalequipment

Working in the office approximately 80% of the time

Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, andmarket research

Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce or other CRM system. SharePoint, Teams a plus
