As a JEDI Program Manager at Axon, you will play a key role in supporting and driving initiatives that foster justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help embed JEDI principles into our workplace culture, hiring practices, and retention strategies. What You’ll DoLocation:

Candidates must reside and be able to commute to our office in Boston, Seattle, or Scottsdale on an as needed basis.Reports to:

Senior JEDI Program Manager

Support JEDI Initiatives:

Assist in the development and implementation of programs and processes that promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within Axon.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work with People Operations, Recruitment, Marketing and other key stakeholders to support JEDI-related projects and initiatives.

Communication:

Help communicate JEDI program progress and updates across the organization, reinforcing accountability and sharing recommendations.

Project Management:

Support the planning and execution of JEDI-related projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to ongoing process improvements that enhance the inclusivity of our hiring and retention practices.

What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in a DEI, HR, or related role

A strong passion for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a desire to make a meaningful impact in these areas

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Basic data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and report on program metrics

Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

A willingness to learn and grow within the DEI space, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation

Basic experience in leveraging AI and machine learning tools to drive strategic decision making is a plus

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 69,600 in the lowest geographic market and USD 104,400 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
