Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Construction Manager to join our team!In this role you will get to provide Quality Control and Project Oversight support at Navy Medical Center San Diego.What You'll Be Doing:

Reviews and inspections to ensure that the contractors are meeting all project milestones and providing deliverables in accordance with all contract requirements for the project duration including project closeout.Coordination/communication of start times and end times of the crew(s), detailed work plans, constructability, phasing, infection control, safety/life safety and quality of work, and daily inspection, as well as providing clear and current communication and coordination with the Facilities team, Hospital and Clinic staff, contractor(s), execution agents, and public works department personnel from the Base. Contractor shall assist the Government with obtaining base access for all project contractors.Assist with Turnover process and the collection of Contractor close-out documentation: keys, spare parts, O&M’s, red-lines, record drawings, and equipment tag name plate data and field labeling, and adequate signage.What Required Skills You'll Bring:

8+ years experience with a bachelor degree or 10 years construction related experience without a degree.Ability to travel to satellite clinics within a 20 mile radius; car will be provided.Position is open to US Citizens with a Secret clearance or higher only.EM 385 Training Certificate (Can be obtained within 6 months of hire).What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
