The
Senior Director, Head of Sales
is responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution across DLP real estate products, including fee simple homes, condos, and lots.
What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
10+ years experience leading sales on behalf of developer and/or home builder
Experience in park model and manufactured home sales preferred
Experience working with high net worth individuals
ABM marketing experience
Resort sales experience preferred
Land sales experience preferred
What you are great at: (Responsibilities)
Lead the sales team for home, condo, and land sales across the portfolio.
Lead sales and marketing strategy and execution across each development.
Coordinate and oversee sales training across the sales team.
Lead the sale of homes and condos across Dream Outdoors Resorts (primarily vacation rentals), as well as the sale of management agreements.
Lead the sale of homes and condos across Living Fully Communities (full-time occupancy), both pre-construction and during construction, as well as sales to residents.
Oversee land sales, including paper and finished lots, commercial outparcels, and more.
Lead event sales strategy and execution at Dream Outdoor Resorts.
Lead REO sales on behalf of DLP Lending.
